So I’ve finally got started with my training proper after a false start due to a sore butt.
Training wise; nothing hugely difficult but the longest I’ve been in the saddle for a while. I was a pretty basic Base session starting with a 10 minute warm up, 1hr 30mins on 175w then a cool down for 1o mins. Struggling a little with how much Joe Friel and the Zwift training plan contradict each other.
Plan to try out the TACX (why aren’t you on Mac?!) training programmes and also look at Bkool for reference.
I watched some of Vikings Season 4.1 on Amazon — t’was okay, not as good as the first three seasons — is it just me or have Amazon bought a pile of crap compared to Netflix?
